Which range should I choose?
Studio focuses on Pilates, controlled resistance and everyday wellbeing. Performance brings together compact conditioning and recovery tools. You can mix both ranges in one order. Our buying guide explains each option.
What exactly comes with my item?
Check the selected product and its “what is included” details. The Pilates kit is the 14-piece version only. Both skipping-rope colours include the long rope and cordless attachments. Lifestyle videos show training inspiration; they do not show the contents of a bundle.
How much is UK shipping?
£4.95 below £40, and free from £40 after discounts. The final charge and services available for your address appear at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Estimates depend on the product: the UK-stock smart scale is estimated at 2–5 working days in transit, while the other current products are estimated at 4–9 or 5–9 working days in transit. Processing is additional. See delivery details.
Will everything arrive together?
Items may dispatch from different fulfilment locations and arrive separately. Check each dispatch email for tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email Flexforge01@gmail.com as soon as possible. A change before dispatch is not guaranteed, but your statutory cancellation rights remain.
Can I return an item?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return under our returns offer. Statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights also apply. Read the full returns policy for conditions and refund timing.
Can I pay with Klarna?

Is the smart scale a medical device?
It is a general wellbeing accessory. Body-composition figures are estimates and should not be used for medical decisions.
